Benenden Health has exciting opportunities for a Senior Data Scientist to lead our analytical thinking and interpret data into clear, insightful reporting. With established ability to code in Python, the role will employ statistics over large datasets to inform business strategy across all functions managing data extraction from systems as necessary, and support knowledge transfer to technical and non-technical colleagues.

 

The role will be responsible for;

  • Be recognised as Benenden Health’s subject matter expert on data and its application.
  • Perform analysis to identify patterns and trends critical to decision making, supporting delivery of the business plan.
  • Develop predictive analytical tools that inform and improve business decision making.
  • Influence and advise stakeholders from all functions on analytical methodologies.

 

We are interested to hear from candidates who have;

  • Established ability to code in Python, with strong SQL
  • Commercial acumen and passion for seeing patterns in data to uncover strategically important trends.
  • Extensive Data Analytics competency, with a Data/BI Professional qualification or proven relevant experience.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in delivering complex information.
  • Experience influencing and delivering business change.
