We are looking for commercially minded Data Scientists to take our client’s business problems and define and deliver valuable business tools and insight to address these with the support of a highly skilled team of Data Professionals.

This is a HYBRID role. You will be required to work form our offices in Central London at least one day per week, as well as attend client sites from time to time as required.

Key Responsibilities

· Assess clients’ underlying business challenges, accurately define the problem statement and identify appropriate analytical methods and solutions by which their data can be transformed into insight and analytic applications.

· Understand industry challenges, business objectives and define appropriate analysis methodologies and solutions to meet these.

· Pro actively support pre-sales thinking, presentations and meetings.

· Clearly communicate technical approaches to clients and teams.

· Deliver projects right from data aggregation, profiling, model development through to the visualisation and communication of results.

· Lead the continuous development (and training of the business) of best practice analytics methods and quality controls.

· Identify new product development and automation opportunities that will support Beyond business objectives.

· Be an inspirational role model for junior members of the company.

· Manage and meet targets for accurate and on-time delivery of projects

· Manage and improve client experience ratings through the delivery of best-in-class Data Science and Analysis

· Maintain awareness and interest in emerging technologies

· QA Data science proposed solutions to ensure in keeping with Beyond Analysis processes and quality standards

Skills & Experience:

· Hands-on application of predictive modelling, inference, data mining and data manipulation techniques

· Specialist in understanding the analytical methods by which data can be used for insight, how this isarticulated and delivered to sponsors, and how this can be best leveraged for the business (deeperConsumer understanding, Marketing optimisation, etc)

· Self-starter with strong appreciation of the value of data

· Proven superior capability in providing analytical solutions to unstructured data

· Good business acumen and experience of client facing engagements

· Strong communication skills (oral and written), particularly in rendering complex data outcomes to a non-technical audience

· In depth experience in data management and curation and the latest techniques for developing predictive models, and segmentations.

· Proven hands on experience with SQL and Python.

· Experience of working with, guiding and mentoring less experienced analysts to support you in your client work.

· Delivering excellence in quality and scalability with the Data Sciences

· QA of proposed solutions

Good to have:

· Experience with PowerBI

· Experience with GCP and VertexAI

· MLOps experience
